摘 要:在我国高等教育规模不断扩大的背景下,大学生面临着严峻的就业形势和激烈的就业竞争,这导致一些大学生的就业心理产生了问题,对他们的就业质量和价值观念产生了很大的影响。积极心理学重点关注人类积极的品质,关注学生的快乐与幸福,将培养学生积极人格作为实践目标。因此,高校在职业生涯规划与就业心理辅导的过程中要引入积极心理学,提高大学生的抗挫折能力,帮助大学生进行心理障碍的疏导和调节。文章从积极心理学的角度出发,剖析了大学生就业心理存在的问题并提出了相应的调适方法。Under the background of the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in our country, college students are facing severe employment situation and fierce employment competition, which causes some college students’ employment psychology to have a problem, and has a great influence on their employment quality and value concepts. Positive psychology focuses on the positive quali-ties of human beings, pays attention to the happiness and well-being of students, and takes culti-vating positive personality as a practical goal. Therefore, colleges and universities should introduce positive psychology in the process of career planning and employment psychological counseling, improve the anti-frustration ability of college students, and help college students to ease and adjust psychological obstacles. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper analyzes the prob-lems existing in college students’ employment psychology and puts forward the corresponding ad-justment methods.
