摘  要:教育内卷是长久以来存在的教育问题,深刻影响着教育主体的情绪和行为。移动媒体时代下智能教育全面升级,但也给教育带来了一定的影响和挑战,学生隐藏在教育内卷背后的复杂心理受到影响,致使教育内卷现象愈演愈烈。从移动媒体时代教育内卷现象产生的过程出发,就其背后可能存在并受到影响的心理机制进行探讨,提出可能存在非良性竞争的攀比心理、焦虑心理和从众心理。有针对性地对非良性竞争心理进行理想教育、自尊教育、放松教育、理智教育,并充分利用移动媒体技术的优势,以期引导人们形成良好的社会心态,突破教育内卷,规避恶性竞争。Educational involution is a long-standing educational problem that profoundly affects the emotions and behaviours of educational subjects. Smart education in the mobile media era has been upgraded comprehensively, but it has also brought certain impacts and challenges to education, and the complex psychology of students hidden behind educational involution has been affected, resulting in the intensification of the phenomenon of educational involution. Starting from the process of generating the phenomenon of educational involution in the mobile media era, we discuss the psychological mechanisms that may exist behind and be affected by the phenomenon, and propose that there may be the mentality of comparison, anxiety, and herd mentality of unhealthy competition. Targeted education in ideals, self-esteem, relaxation and rationality is provided for the psychology of unhealthy competition, and the advantages of mobile media technology are fully utilised in order to guide people to form a good social mindset, break through the educational involution and avoid vicious competition.
