摘　　要：将朋辈心理辅导应用于高校大学生的心理健康工作中,能够显著增强心理健康教育的主动性,并提升其操作性和实际效果。增强朋辈心理辅导的意识,不仅能够壮大高校心理辅导的队伍力量,还提升朋辈心理辅导的专业技能。这有助于深化辅导员与朋辈之间的紧密联系和互动,进一步提升朋辈心理辅导的成效。同时,这一做法还能开辟更多朋辈心理健康教育的渠道,优化朋辈心理辅导的活动形式,构建起朋辈间的心理辅导共同体,从而扩大朋辈心理辅导的影响力,促进大学生在专业素养与心理素养方面的同步提升与和谐发展。The application of peer psychological counseling to the mental health work of college students can significantly enhance the initiative of mental health education, and improve its operability and practical results. Enhancing the consciousness of peer psychological counseling can not only strengthen the strength of the team of psychological counseling in colleges and universities, but also enhance the professional skills of peer psychological counseling. This helps to deepen the close contact and interaction between counselors and peers, and further enhance the effectiveness of peer psychological counseling. At the same time, this practice can also open up more channels of peer mental health education, optimize the forms of peer psychological counseling activities, and build a peer psychological counseling community, so as to expand the influence of peer psychological counseling, and promote the synchronous improvement and harmonious development of college students in professional and psychological literacy.
