摘 要:《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》强调构建新样态体育与健康课堂,为体育教师教学能力的发展提出挑战,因此有必要对体育教师教学能力的发展挑战与提升策略展开进一步研究。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,解读新标准(2022版)政策文件新变化;分析体育课程理念、课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价的新理念;探究体育教师教学能力发展面临的新挑战,提出体育教师教学发展应以核心素养为导向,以教会、勤练、常赛为抓手,以跨学科主题学习为目标,以课程内容结构化理念为指导,以学业质量为标准等建议,为我国义务教育阶段高质量体育教师高品质体育课堂提供保障。“Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)” em-phasizes the construction of a new type of physical education and health classroom, which poses challenges for the development of physical education teachers’ teaching ability. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further research on the development challenges and promotion strategies of physical education teachers’ teaching ability. This paper adopts the method of literature and logical analysis to interpret the new changes in the policy documents of the new standard (version 2022);analyze the new concepts of physical education curriculum concept, curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, and curriculum evaluation;explore the new chal-lenges of physical education teachers’ teaching ability development, it is proposed that the teaching development of physical education teachers should be guided by core literacy, focus on teaching, diligent practice, and regular competitions, aim at interdisciplinary learning, be guided by the concept of course content structure, and focus on academic quality, Standards and other recom-mendations provide guarantees for high-quality physical education teachers and high-quality phys-ical education classrooms in the compulsory education stage in my country.
