摘　　要：本文首先对马克思主义经济学与西方经济学合作经济理论进行比较,指出了形成背景及发展过程、研究目的及研究方法、对合作经济的本质及内涵的认识、对合作经济的地位及适用领域的认识、对发展合作经济所应具备的条件和合作经济的发展前景的认识等方面存在不同点。然后探讨了两种产权理论在对发展合作经济的必要性认识、对合作形式及合作原则的认识、对合作分配方面的认识等方面具有相通之处,以及两种合作经济理论在发展目标上具有融合的可能性。First of all, this paper compares Marxist economics with the cooperative economic theory of Western economics, and points out the differences in the formation of the background and development process, the research purpose and research methods, the understanding of the nature and connotation of cooperative economy, the understanding of the status and application of cooperative economy, the conditions and the prospects for cooperative economic development of the development of development cooperation economy. Then it discusses the similarities between the two property rights theories in the understanding of the necessity of development cooperation economy, the understanding of the form of cooperation and the principle of cooperation, the understanding of the distribution of cooperation, and the possibility of the integration of the two cooperative economic theories in the development goals.
