摘 要:目的:本研究旨在探讨高中生心理弹性在社会支持与自杀意念之间的中介作用,以期为降低高中生的自杀率提供实证支持。方法:选取南京的五所高中的811学生为被试,采用青少年心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表以及Beck自杀意念量表对其进行调查。结果:本研究中高中生的自杀意念检出率为12.4%,女生高于男生,高二年级高于高一和高三年级。高中生社会支持、心理弹性各维度均与自杀意念呈负相关;社会支持与心理弹性各维度之间呈正相关。社会支持对心理弹性具有正向预测作用,心理弹性在社会支持与自杀意念关系中起完全中介作用。结论:通过加强高中生的社会支持,提升其心理弹性,有助于减少其自杀意念。Objective: To examine the effects of social support and resilience on suicide ideation among high school students and provide theoretical bases to strengthen their mental health. Methods: A total of 811 high school students were investigated with the Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation, Resilience Assessment and Social Support Scale. Results: About 12.4% of students reported suicide ideation, girls were higher than boys, and Grade two was higher than Grade one and three. Social support, resilience, and suicide ideation were significantly inter-correlated. Social support had a positive effect on resilience, and resilience exerted a negative impact on suicide ideation. Social support also had an indirect effect on suicide ideation through resilience. Conclusion: Resilience has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between social support and suicide ideation among high school students. Resilience is an important measure to reduce suicide ideation among high school students.
