摘 要:近年来,非营利组织在我国发展迅速,随着我国政治体制改革和政府职能转移,非营利组织在社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为推动我国经济社会良性运行的一支重要力量。但非营利组织普遍面临招人留人难的问题,很难通过测评有效招到需要的人才。本研究以重庆市X组织为例,通过SWOT分析法分析该组织运用评价中心技术进行人才测评的情况,进而分析评价中心技术在非营利组织人才招聘中的效用,并从合理使用人才测评工具和完善组织人力资源制度两方面提出建议。In recent years, non-profit organizations have developed rapidly in China. With the reform of China’s political system and the transfer of government functions, non-profit organizations play an increasingly important role in social life and become an important force to promote the sound operation of China’s economy and society. However, non-profit organizations generally face the problem of difficult recruitment and retention, and it is difficult to effectively recruit needed talents through evaluation. Taking Chongqing X organization as an example, this study analyzes the situation of the organization using the evaluation center technology for talent evaluation through SWOT analysis, then analyzes the utility of the evaluation center technology in the talent recruitment of non-profit organizations, and puts forward suggestions from two aspects: the rational use of talent evaluation tools and the improvement of organizational human resources system.
