摘 要:和谐师生关系指的就是在教学或者科研等师生共同参与的过程中,师生之间互相尊重、互相关爱、互利互惠、互促互补、共同发展的平等的社会关系。它具有民主平等、尊师爱生、教学相长的特征。当前,师生关于教师权威与学生权利认知偏差不利于师生关系的民主平等,重科研,轻教学的绩效考评不利于师生之间的教学相长,媒体对师生不和谐问题的不良炒作不利于尊师爱生的社会舆论塑造三个方面使得师生关系呈现不和谐。为此,需要从明确师生权责利定位、建立合理的考评体系、营造有利的舆论环境三个层面增进师生和谐。Harmonious teacher-student relationship refers to the equal social relationship between teachers and students who respect each other, care for each other, promote each other, and develop together in the process of teaching or scientific research. It has the characteristics of democracy and equality, respect for teachers and love for students, and mutual benefit in teaching. At present, the cognitive bias of teachers and students on the authority of teachers and students’ rights is not conducive to the democratic equality of the teacher-student relationship, the performance evaluation of emphasizing scientific research and ignoring teaching is not conducive to the mutual learning of teaching between teachers and students, and the bad hype of the media on the problem of teacher-student disharmony is not conducive to the shaping of social public opinion on respecting teachers and loving students, which makes the teacher-student relationship disharmonious. To this end, it is necessary to enhance the harmony between teachers and students from three levels: clarifying the rights, responsibilities and interests of teachers and students, establishing a reasonable evaluation system, and creating a favorable public opinion environment.
