摘　　要：作为著名的哲学家、政治家和教育改革者,王阳明的“心学”教育思想对后代产生了深刻的影响,尤其是他的“知行合一”思想对新时代高校的德育建设有着重要的启示。当前,我国正处于关键的变革期,王阳明的“知行合一”思想为我们解决在道德领域上知行分离的情况,有一定的参考价值。本文旨在揭示王阳明“知行合一”思想在“致良知”、“学贵得之心”和“事上磨炼”这三个方面与现代高校德育工作高度一致,能为大学生知行困扰的解决提供实践指南。大学生需要理解“良知”,教育工作者需要实践“良知”,大学需要推广“良知”,有效地将王阳明的“知行合一”理念融入到高校德育建设中,从而推动我国教育强国和文化强国的同步建设,为实现第二个百年奋斗目标提供持续的精神动力。As a famous philosopher, politician and educational reformer, Wang Yangming’s educational thought of “mind learning” had a profound influence on later generations. In particular, his thought of “unity of knowledge and action” has played an important role in the construction of moral education in universities in the new era. At present, China is in a crucial period of historical change. Wang Yangming’s idea of “unity of knowledge and action” provides valuable reference value for us to solve the phenomenon of separation of knowledge and action in the field of morality. The purpose of this paper is to expound Wang Yangming’s thought of “unity of knowledge and action” in three aspects of “conscience-raising”, “learning-noble heart” and “practice”, and to provide practical guidance for college students to solve problems of knowledge and action. For contemporary college students, it is very important to understand and explore “conscience”. For educators, they should put their “conscience” into practice;As for the university itself, it needs to promote the values of “conscience”. In this way, we can effectively integrate Wang Yangming’s idea of “unity of knowledge and action” into the construction of moral education in colleges and universities. This will not only help promote China to become an educational and cultural power, but also provide a steady stream of spiritual impetus for the realization of the second centenary goal.
