高校受处分学生“后续教育”长效机制的构建研究

摘  要:随着高校法治化建设的健全和学生管理制度的不断深入,其约束性逐渐增强,但学校在学生管理过程中非常容易忽视大学生受处分后“后续教育”长效机制的构建,体现了学校育人为本的教育宗旨的不充分。高校受处分学生“后续教育”长效机制的构建能够有效加强对受处分学生的跟踪教育管理,使大学生整个受处分环节真正实现闭环,使他们改正错误、端正心态,积极面对今后的人生。With the strengthening of the legalization construction in higher education institutions and the continuous deepening of student management systems, their binding force is gradually increasing. However, it is very easy for schools to neglect the construction of a long-term mechanism for “follow-up education” of students under disciplinary sanctions during the process of student management, which reflects the inadequacy of the educational purpose of nurturing people as the foundation. The construction of a long-term mechanism for “follow-up education” of students under disciplinary sanctions in higher education institutions can effectively strengthen the tracking education and management of such students, making the entire process of being sanctioned truly closed-loop, enabling them to correct their mistakes, rectify their attitudes, and face their future lives positively.
