摘 要:为了探讨学习倦怠与学习动机、一般自我效能感之间的关系,该研究以188名大学生为被试,使用学习动机量表、大学生学业倦怠量表和一般自我效能感量表进行测量。结果表明:1) 大学生学习动机与学习倦怠存在负向相关,即大学生学习动机越强,其学习倦怠情况越弱;2) 大学生的学习动机与一般自我效能感之间存在正相关关系,即学习动机越强,一般自我效能感越高;3) 大学生一般自我效能感与学习倦怠存在负向相关关系,即大学生一般自我效能感越强,其学习倦怠情况越弱;4) 一般自我效能感在学习动机和大学生学习倦怠中起到部分中介的作用。In order to explore the relationship between learning burnout, learning motivation and general self-efficacy, 188 college students were taken as subjects in this study, and the learning motivation scale, college student academic burnout scale and general self-efficacy scale were used to measure. The results show that: 1) There is a negative correlation between college students’ learning motivation and learning burnout, that is, the stronger their learning motivation, the weaker their learning burnout;2) There is a positive correlation between college students’ learning motivation and general self-efficacy, that is, the stronger the learning motivation, the higher the general self-efficacy;3) There is a negative correlation between college students’ general self-efficacy and learning burnout, that is, the stronger college students’ general self-efficacy, the weaker their learning burnout;4) General self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in learning motivation and learning burnout of college students.
