摘　　要：在政治哲学领域,罗尔斯以其创新性地提出的“无知之幕”理念,为探索社会正义提供了新的视角。与霍布斯和洛克等前辈不同,罗尔斯提出了一个假设:在制定社会规则时,个体不知道自身在社会中的具体位置,这有助于实现公平的社会规则和资源分配。文章旨在深入分析罗尔斯的“无知之幕”理论,并探讨其对推动社会公平正义的潜在贡献。尽管罗尔斯的理念在现实中可能被视为理想化且难以实现,但它在哲学理论上产生了深远影响。特别是在反乌托邦文学作品中,如《美丽新世界》,无知之幕的概念被用来描绘一个不公平和极权控制的社会,引发了对社会正义的深刻反思。本文通过将罗尔斯的理论与《美丽新世界》中的实际应用相结合,为理解和推进社会公平正义提供更全面的视角。In the field of political philosophy, John Rawls is renowned for his innovative concept of the “veil of ignorance,” which offers a new perspective on exploring social justice. Unlike his predecessors such as Thomas Hobbes and John Locke, Rawls introduced a hypothesis: when formulating social rules, individuals do not know their specific positions in society, which aids in achieving fair social rules and resource distribution. This paper aims to delve into an in-depth analysis of Rawls’ “veil of ignorance” theory and explore its potential contributions to advancing social fairness and justice. Although Rawls’ concept might be seen as idealistic and challenging to implement in reality, it has had a profound impact in philosophical theory. Especially in anti-utopian literary works, such as “Brave New World,” the concept of the veil of ignorance is used to depict an unfair and totalitarian-controlled society, sparking deep reflection on social justice. This paper, by combining Rawls’ theory with its practical application in “Brave New World,” provides a more comprehensive perspective for understanding and advancing social fairness and justice.
