摘  要:普通高校辅导员作为教师队伍中的一员,兼具教师和管理人员双重身份。辅导员胜任力是落实立德树人根本任务、做好辅导员岗位工作必备的重要个人特质。文章采用文献研究法,甄选32篇代表性文献,从胜任力内涵、胜任力模型和普通高校辅导员胜任力及模型三方面梳理研究成果,分析得到高校辅导员胜任力定义多样化、研究多聚焦于辅导员胜任力内涵和模型的构建及高校辅导员胜任力模型丰富的特点。为后续研究高校辅导员奠定厚实的理论基础,以期对新时代辅导员胜任力的发展提供新方向,助力辅导员队伍职业能力素质的提升。As a member of the teaching staff, the counselor of ordinary colleges and universities has the dual identity of both teacher and manager. The counselor competency is an important personal trait necessary to implement the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate people and do the job of the counselor well. This paper adopts the literature research method, selects 32 representative literature, and sorts out the research results from the three aspects of competency connotation, competency model and counselor competency and model of ordinary colleges and universities. The analysis shows that the definition of college counselor competency is diversified, the research focuses on the construction of counselor competency connotation and model, and the characteristics of college counselor competency model are rich. It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of college counselors, in order to provide a new direction for the development of counselor competency in the new era, and help improve the professional ability and quality of the counselor team.
