摘　　要：利用数智化手段实现食品产业的数字化、智能化和高效化,已成为食品产业发展的重要方向之一。文章从高职教育数字化人才培养模式转型的重要性入手,对食品检验检测技术专业数字化转型路径进行了研究和探索,在对行业、企业、高校等充分调研的基础上,从人才培养模式创新、课程体系改革、课程内容革新、教学资源建设、教师理念转变、虚拟仿真基地建设等方面进行了系统的分析和研究,旨在为教育数字化转型的理论和实证研究奠定基础。It has become one of the important directions for the development of food industry to realize the digitalization, intelligence and efficiency of food industry by means of digital intelligence. Starting with the importance of the transformation of digital talent training mode in higher vocational education, this paper studies and explores the digital transformation path of food inspection and testing technology specialty. Based on the full investigation of industries, enterprises and universities, this paper systematically analyzes and studies the innovation of talent training mode, curriculum system reform, curriculum content innovation, teaching resource construction, teacher concept transformation and virtual simulation base construction, aiming at laying a foundation for theoretical and empirical research on the digital transformation of education.
