摘  要:小班研讨教学是提升高校人才培养质量的重要举措。如何结合专业特点,在专业基础课上开展小班研讨教学,对一线教师既是机遇也是挑战。本文以《植物生理学》为课程载体,结合几年的教学实践,通过建立完善的线上网络课堂体系、积累丰富的研讨科学问题库、充分利用翻转课堂和完善多元化考核方式,为专业基础课小班研讨教学在研究性高等院校的开展和推进提供具体可借鉴和执行的依据和模式。Small class seminar teaching is an important way to improve innovative ability and scientific lite-racy quality of students in the colleges and the universities. How to combine specialty characteristics to develop small class seminar teaching is both an opportunity and a challenge for the first-line teachers. After several years practice in the course of “Plant Physiology”, we establish a set of executable teaching mode that could be expanding and executing to the other courses. These include the establishment of online course learning information platform, accumulation of scientific lecture topic pools using in seminar discussion, full use of the flip classroom and increase in the proportion of formative assessment, all of which will be useful to promote the development of small class seminar teaching in the higher education.
