摘  要:教育“双减”政策背景下,减量提质的作业观对教师的专业能力和综合素质提出了更高的要求。小学数学教师如果没有树立正确的作业观,如果作业设计不合理会直接导致学生作业压力大且学习效果不好。教师应该合理规划作业数量,减少家庭作业和传统机械式作业,构建有意义的作业模式。在减量的同时,教师还需遵循各种教育教学原则科学设计,布置符合学生全方位发展的高质量作业,激发学生学习数学的兴趣并为未来的学习打下坚实的基础。Under the background of education "double reduction"policy, the view of reducing quantity and improving quality puts forward higher requirements on teachers’ professional ability and comprehensive quality. If elementary school mathematics teachers do not set up a correct view of homework, and if homework design is ignored, it directly leads to great homework pressure and poor learning results for students. Teachers should reasonably plan the amount of homework, reduce homework and traditional mechanical work, and build meaningful work patterns. At the same time, teachers also need to follow a variety of education and teaching principles, scientific design, lay out in line with students’ all-round development of high-quality homework, stimulate students’ interest in learning mathematics and lay a solid foundation for future learning.
