摘  要:在新医科建设中,医学教育如何做到准确的识变、科学的应变、主动的求变,广大的医学教育工作者,包括高校的班主任工作都面临着前所未有的挑战。探讨“三全健康思维”理念下高校班主任教育引导模式的高效性、统一性和创造性是新医科建设时期做好高校班主任的重要任务之一。通过分析高校班主任在新医科建设中的责任义务,角色定位,阐述高校班主任面临的新的挑战,从而为适应新医科建设的高校班主任工作提出应对措施。In the construction of new medical sciences, how to accurately identify changes, scientific res-ponses, and active changes in medical education, the majority of medical educators, including class teachers of colleges and universities, are facing unprecedented challenges. Exploring the efficiency, unity and creativity of the education guidance mode of college class teachers under the concept of “three complete health thinking” is one of the important tasks of college class teachers in the period of new medical science. By analyzing the responsibilities and obligations and role positioning of college class teachers in the construction of new medical sciences, and expounding the new challenges faced by college class teachers, we can put forward countermeasures for the work of college class teachers who adapt to the construction of new medical sciences.
