摘 要:探讨新冠疫情影响下线上和线下形式的专业实践活动对心理学专业大学生实践能力提升的影响。方法:采用不等组比较设计,1班为实验组,开展线下专业实践活动;2班为控制组,开展线上专业实践活动。结果:(1) 两种形式的专业实践活动均促进了实验组(91.9%)和控制组(93.7%)被试对精神障碍临床症状的认识;(2) 相较于线上专业实践活动,线下专业实践活动更有利于促进被试专业实践能力的提升;(3) 相较于控制组被试,更多的实验组被试未来有从事心理健康教育工作的意向。结论:线下专业实践活动更有利于提升大学生的专业实践能力,但实践活动的内容需要进一步丰富,实践活动时间需要延长。To explore the impact of the COVID-19 on offline and offline professional practice activities on the improvement of practical ability of psychology majors. Methods: Using the unequal group comparison design, Class 1 was the experimental group to carry out offline professional practice activities;Class 2 is the control group and carries out online professional practice activities. Re-sults: (1) Both forms of professional practice activities promoted the understanding of clinical symptoms of mental disorders in the experimental group (91.9%) and the control group (93.7%);(2) compared with online professional practice activities, offline professional practice activities are more conducive to promoting the improvement of the subject’s professional practice ability;(3) compared with the control group, more subjects in the experimental group have the intention of engaging in mental health education in the future. Conclusion: Offline professional practice activities are more conducive to improving college students’ professional practice ability, but the content of practice activities needs to be further enriched, and the time of practice activities needs to be extended.
