强化院校部队共育机制,提升专业硕士实践能力

摘　　要：学术硕士和专业硕士是我国硕士研究生的两种不同的类型,其任职定位的不同决定了培养目标的不同。专业硕士偏重的是应用,实践能力的培养是该类学员培养的重点内容。本文通过分析军队院校专业硕士实践教学的现状,总结了专业硕士培养中存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出了构建院校部队高度协作实践教学的具体举措,教学实践表明这些举措对深入开展军队院校教学模式改革,提高人才培养水平具有重要的参考意义。Academic master’s degree and professional master’s degree are two different types of master’s degree students in China, and their different positions determine the different training objectives. Professional master lays emphasis on application, and the cultivation of practical ability is the key content of this kind of students. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the training of professional master by analyzing the present situation of practical teaching of professional master in military colleges. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to construct highly cooperative practical teaching in military colleges and universities. The teaching practice shows that these measures have important reference significance to further carry out the reform of teaching mode in military colleges and universities and improve the level of personnel training.
