摘 要:国家“双一流”将学科建设被提到前所未有的高度,国内多家医学院校在本科生基础医学教学改革方面进行了一些有益的尝试,但仍存在“以教师为中心”的教学理念根深蒂固、学科间交叉融合缺乏深度、应用和创新能力培养欠缺等问题。针对问题,我们提出在基础医学教学中构建和实施“STIME”教学,即图景重构,团队建设,项目重构,方法优化,评价重塑。强调以学生为中心,通过运用调查和实验的方法解决问题;强调通过小组合作学习促进学生对科学概念的理解和知识的建构,最后就整个教学过程动态、多元、开放评价。Discipline construction has been raised to an unprecedented height by National “double top”, many domestic medical colleges in undergraduate basic medical teaching reform made some useful attempt, but there were still problems of “teacher-centered” teaching concept, lack of depth, application and innovation ability training. In view of the problem, we propose to construct and implement “STIME” teaching in basic medical teaching, namely, scene reconstruction, team building, item recombination, method optimization and evaluation remolding. It emphasizes the investigation and experiment, promotes the understanding of scientific concepts and knowledge construction through group cooperative learning, and finally, emphasizes the dynamic, diversified and open evaluation of the whole teaching process.
