“间隔年”对本科毕业生就业的影响探析——以中华女子学院管理学院为例

摘  要:随着高等教育的普及,社会对高校毕业生的就业问题愈发关注。当前,大学生就业形势严峻,“间隔年”作为一种可能的解决方案受到重视。通过梳理“间隔年”概念,并结合问卷调查与访谈,分析其对大学生就业的影响。研究发现,“间隔年”能有效促进就业,改变学生的择业观念、职业规划和求职行为,为解决就业难题提供新思路。With the popularization of higher education, society is increasingly concerned about the employment issues of college graduates. Currently, the employment situation for college students is severe, and “gap years” as a possible solution is receiving attention. By sorting out the concept of “interval years” and combining questionnaire surveys and interviews, analyze its impact on the employment of college students. Research has found that “gap years” can effectively promote employment, change students’ career choices, career planning, and job seeking behavior, and provide new ideas for solving employment problems.
