课程教学设计探索——以近两届广东省本科师范生教学技能比赛高中数学组为例

摘  要:随着基础教育课程改革的不断推进和实施,以及教师行业专业化的日益发展,教学设计的重要性逐渐凸显,成为评估教师教学水平的核心指标,同时也是师范生在今后教学中的核心能力。教师的教学理念也应当随着教育课程改革不断更新,故对师范生教学设计的研究也应当与时俱进。教师行业的专业化发展的首要途径是进行师范教育,师范生只有具备良好的教学设计能力,才能在未来走向教师岗位时具备良好的师范技能基础。本文采用文献研究法研究近两届广东省师范生教学技能比赛的教学设计。笔者从教材分析、教学目标设定、教学重点与难点确定、学情调查以及教学过程设计等五个方面进行了研究,对近两届的师范生教学比赛中较为优秀的教学设计进行分析调查,总结优秀教学设计的优点,并设置问卷调查。其次,对本校数学师范生关于教学设计方面进行调查,结合优秀教学设计的优点以及目前本科数学师范生在关于教学设计方面所面临的问题,从两个方面提出提高师范生教学设计的建议及策略。With the continuous promotion and implementation of the basic education curriculum reform and the increasing development of the professionalization of the teaching profession, the importance of instructional design has gradually come to the fore, becoming the core indicator for assessing the teaching level of teachers, and also the core competence of normal university students in future teaching. The teaching concepts of teachers should be updated with the reform of the education curriculum, so the research on the instructional design of normal university students should be kept up to date with the times.
