产教融合背景下金融数学专业实践教学师资建设研究

摘　　要：在产教融合背景下,金融数学专业实践教学师资建设对提高应用型人才培养质量和实现专业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文在阐释产教融合对地方院校金融数学专业人才培养目标影响的基础上,剖析了当前金融数学专业实践教学师资建设面临的问题及原因,并从加强实践教学师资建设意识、完善实践教学师资建设制度和改进实践教学师资建设措施这三个层面提出了实践教学师资建设的优化路径,以期为产教融合背景下金融数学专业实践教学师资建设提供参考与借鉴。Under the background of industry-education integration, the construction of practical teaching faculty in financial mathematics is of great significance to improve the quality of application-oriented talent training and achieve high-quality professional development. On the basis of explaining the impact of the integration of industry-education on the training goal of financial mathematics professionals in local colleges, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons for the current construction of practical teaching teachers in financial mathematics. This paper also puts forward the optimization path of practical teaching faculty construction from three aspects: strengthening the awareness of practical teaching faculty construction, improving the practical teaching faculty construction system and improving the practical teaching faculty construction measures, aiming to offer guidance and insights for enhancing practical teaching faculty in financial mathematics within the context of industry-education integration.
