摘  要:公共卫生硕士(MPH)在我国应对突发公共卫生事件中发挥了举足轻重的作用,然而随着时代的发展,我国MPH培养也暴露了一系列问题。从岗位胜任力的角度开展调研,总结了我国公共卫生硕士培养中存在的核心素养欠缺、培养模式陈旧、实践环节缺失等问题。针对这些问题,坚持问题导向和系统观点,开展MPH培养路径的创新与探索:融入岗位胜任力的核心要素,全面修订人才培养方案,改进培养模式,推动教学改革,完善课程体系,优化师资结构,推进实践基地建设,着力提升研究生的专业素质与实践能力。经实践,该培养路径的实施可大大提升MPH培养质量,特别是提高了MPH的岗位胜任力,帮助他们更好地走向工作岗位,推动了公共卫生专业人才培养质量提升。Master of Public Health (MPH) plays an important role in dealing with public health emergencies in China. However, with the development of the economy, the cultivation of MPH in China exposed a series of problems. From the perspective of post-competency, the problems existing in the training for Master of Public Health in China were summarized, such as lack of core literacy, outdated training mode, and lack of practice training. In response to these problems, we adhered to the problem-oriented and systematic point of view, carried out the innovation and exploration of the MPH training path, integrated the core elements of post-competency, comprehensively revised the talent training program, improved the training mode and curriculum system, promoting the teaching reform and construction of practice base, optimizing the teacher structure, and striving to improve the professional quality and practical ability of the graduate students. Through practice, the implementation of this training path can greatly improve the quality of MPH training, especially improving the post competency of MPH, helping them better adapt to the post, and promoting the training of public health talents to a hi
