摘  要:新进教师首次公开亮相课是每位青年教师的必要经历,对新进教师的成长与学生课堂的磨合都具有重要意义。作为新进教师,对公开课的及时反思非常重要。文章以新进教师历史公开亮相课“秦统一多民族封建国家的建立”为例,通过总结和反思课堂实际情况发现教师紧扣课标要求、贯穿史料教学、讲练结合、“以生为本”的教学模式和注重学生答题习惯的优点,但也存在导入和小结环节过于平常、历史概念教学不够深入以及教学辅助栏目运用不够的缺点。最后针对课堂的实际情况,从个性到共性,从研读课标和教材、扎实历史专业素养、研究高考真题、重视“青蓝工程”和更新教育教学理念五个方面找到新进历史教师教学水平提升的具体策略。The first public appearance class for new teachers is a necessary experience for every young teacher, which is of great significance to the growth of new teachers and the run-in of students’ classrooms. As a new teacher, it is very important to reflect on the open class in a timely manner. This paper takes the new teachers’ history public debut course “The Establishment of a Unified Multi-ethnic Feudal State in Qin” as an example, and finds that teachers closely follow the requirements of the course standards, run through the teaching of historical materials, combine lectures and exercises, “student-oriented” teaching mode, and pay attention to students’ habit of answering questions, but there are also shortcomings, such as too ordinary introduction and summary, in-depth teaching of historical concepts, and insufficient use of teaching auxiliary columns. Finally, according to the actual situation of the classroom, from individuality to commonality, the specific strategies for improving the teaching level of new history teachers were found from five aspects: studying the course standards and textbooks, consolidating the professional quality of history, studying the
