摘  要:目的:基于客观结构化临床考试制定三年制口腔医学生临床能力评估表,为构建临床能力培训模式提供依据。方法:成立研究小组,通过文献检索及专家访谈初步建立三年制口腔医学生临床能力评估指标体系,选择20名具有口腔医学诊疗及教学经验的专家,通过德尔菲法进行专家咨询,制定三年制口腔医学生临床能力评估表。结果:共进行两轮专家咨询,专家积极系数均为100%,权威程度均为0.86,专家意见的协调程度用变异系数表示,第一轮变异系数小于25%,说明专家意见尚存差异;第二轮变异系数小于15%,表明专家意见一致性较好。结论:基于客观结构化临床考试制定的三年制口腔医学生临床能力评估表具有较高的可靠性和科学性,可用于三年制口腔医学生临床能力的评估,能为构建临床能力培训模式提供依据。Objective: To develop a clinical competence assessment form for three-year dental students based on the context of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), providing a basis for constructing a clinical competence training model. Methods: A research team was established to initially develop a clinical competence assessment indicator system for three-year dental students through literature review and expert interviews. Twenty dental experts with experience in dental treatment and teaching were selected, and expert consultation was conducted using the Delphi method to formulate the clinical competence assessment form for three-year dental students. Results: Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted, with a 100% active coefficient and an authority level of 0.86 for all experts. The degree of consensus among experts was represented by the coefficient of variation. In the first round, the coefficient of variation was less than 25%, indicating some differences in expert opinions;in the second round, the coefficient of variation was less than 15%, showing good consensus among experts.
