摘  要:文章以《教师专业成长的途径》思政教学设计为例,展示了汉语言文学师范生《教育心理学》课程思政教学设计的理念和实施过程。课程以培养“四有”好老师为主线,通过同伴互助、小组讨论、集体备课、模拟试讲、角色扮演等多种教学形式,将课程思政目标融入到教学的各个环节中。同时,课程强调教学主体的思政价值,发挥活动育人的功能,采用多样化的教学方法和多种教学元素。通过课程思政的实践,学生在掌握教学心理和学习理论的同时,培养高尚师德、良好综合素质和教师职业素养。课程特色在于多元渗透、活动育人、深入挖掘教学主体的思政价值,以及专业知识与思政元素的有机融合。这些创新的教学理念和方法,不仅丰富了课程内容,还促进了学生的全面发展,对于培养具有高度社会责任感和教育情怀的师范生具有重要意义。Taking the design of ideological and political education in the course of Teacher Professional Growth as an example, this paper demonstrates the concepts and implementation process of the course ideological and political teaching design for the Educational Psychology course among Chinese language and literature normal students. The course focuses on cultivating good teachers with the “Four Haves” as the main line, integrating ideological and political goals into various teaching forms such as peer assistance, group discussions, collective lesson preparation, simulated lectures, and role-playing. At the same time, the curriculum emphasizes the ideological and political value of the teaching subject, leverages the function of activity-based education, and adopts diverse teaching methods and various teaching elements. Through the practice of ideological and political education in courses, students not only master teaching psychology and learning theory, but also cultivate noble teacher ethics, good comprehensive qualities, and professional qualities of teache
