摘  要:“民以食为天”,饮食文化作为文化的重要组成部分,是中西文化最有代表性的文化现象,也是最能体现中西文化差异的文化现象之一。中西文化之间的差异造就了中西饮食文化的差异。本文在跨文化交际视角下通过介绍中西饮食文化特点,从而探索中西饮食文化的差异,进而探索中西方种种文化之间的差异。“Food is the heaven for the people”.As an important part of culture, food culture is the most representativecultural phenomenon of Chinese and Western cultures, and it is also one of thecultural phenomena that best reflects the differences between Chinese andWestern cultures. The differences between Chinese and Western cultures havecreated differences between Chinese and Western food cultures. From the perspectiveof cross-cultural communication, this paper introduces the characteristics ofChinese and Western food cultures, so as to explore the differences betweenChinese and Western food cultures, and then explores the differences betweenChinese and Western cultures.
