摘 要:目的:探索十子强肾酒处方药材淫羊藿的药效成分淫羊藿苷的溶出规律,为缩短十子强肾酒制备工艺周期提供依据。方法:以浸提温度、浓度差、浸提时间进行三因素三水平正交试验,通过HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷含量,直观分析法确定最优工艺,极差分析法确定各影响因素的主次关系。结果:十子强肾酒中淫羊藿苷溶出的影响因素主次顺序为浓度差 > 浸提温度 > 浸提时间,最优制备工艺组合为45℃、150 rpm、10 h。结论:以淫羊藿苷含量为评价指标,对药材进行温浸预处理,在45℃,150 rpm振摇的提取状态下,十子强肾酒每次的浸提时间可由20天缩短至10 h。Objective: To explore the dissolution behavior of icariin, the pharmacodynamic component of Herba Epimedii from a prescription herb of ShiZiQiangShenJiu, and to provide a basis for shortening the preparation process cycle of ShiZiQiangShenJiu. Methods: Three factors with three levels of orthogonality were tested, including soaking temperature, concentration difference, and soaking time, to determine the content of icariin by HPLC method, visual analysis method to determine the optimal process, and extremely poor analysis method to determine the main second relationship of each influencing factor. Results: The main and secondary influencing factors on the dissolution of icariin in ShiZiQiangShenJiu were in the order of concentration difference > extraction temperature > extraction time, and the optimal preparation process combination was 45℃, 150 rpm, and 10 h. Conclusions: Using the content of icariin as the evaluation indicator, the medicinal materials were subjected to warm soaking pretreatment. Under the extraction state of shaking at 45℃ and 150 rpm, the extraction time of ShiZiQiangShenJiu can be shortened from 20 days to 10 hours each time.
