摘 要:本文主要利用静电纺丝法制备CNTs/MXene/PVP复合纤维膜作为电容压力传感器介电层,扫描电子显微镜对二维材料MXene进行形貌表征。通过一系列传感器性能研究,结果得出使用静电纺丝制备出的纤维膜比表面积大、力学性能好,灵敏度可达到0.53323 kPa−1、宽检测范围(0~10 kPa)、快速响应时间(响应时间150 ms、恢复时间200 ms)、低迟滞性(滞后误差8.8%)。说明该电容压力传感器未来在人机交互、医疗监测具有良好的发展潜力。In this paper, CNTs/MXene/PVP composite fiber films were prepared by electrospinning as the dielectric layer of capacitive pressure sensors, and the morphology of the two-dimensional material MXene was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Through a series of sensor performance studies, the results show that the fiber film prepared by electrospinning has a large specific surface area and good mechanical properties, and the sensitivity can reach 0.53323 kPa−1, wide detection range (0~10 kPa), fast response time (response time 150 ms, recovery time 200 ms), and low hysteresis (hysteresis error 8.8%). It shows that the capacitive pressure sensor has good development potential in human-computer interaction and medical monitoring in the future.
