摘 要:压载水舱的透气管一般设计在舱外,而在极地邮轮航行的过程中,海水不免会飞溅到甲板上,又因为温度低,易在舱外透气管的管口处结冰,导致气体无法排放,从而使压载水舱的气压过大,产生爆炸的风险。所以针对液舱透气管路防冻制定合理的系统方案就显得尤为重要。本文针对极地邮轮液舱透气管的防冻伴热系统展开研究。结合极地环境对海浪飞沫积冰生成的条件进行计算分析,帮助透气管路系统在布置设计避开容易积冰的部位。根据行业规范对液舱透气管路电伴热系统设计展开研究,针对电伴热系统分类和选型以及后期的安装和日常维护进行分析,确定适合极地邮轮上透气管路的防冻伴热系统的方案。Ballast water tanks are generally designed outside the tank, and in the process of polar cruise, sea-water will inevitably splash onto the deck, and because of the low temperature, it is easy to freeze at the mouth of the tank vent pipe outside the tank, resulting in gas cannot be discharged, thus mak-ing the ballast water tank air pressure is too large, resulting in the risk of explosion. Therefore, it is especially important to develop a reasonable system plan for the anti-freezing of the liquid tank vent line. In this paper, we study the anti-freezing tracing system of liquid tank vent pipe for polar cruise ships. The calculation and analysis of the conditions of wave foam ice generation are com-bined with the polar environment to help the design of the vent pipe system to avoid the parts prone to ice accumulation. According to the industry standard, the design of electric heat tracing system for liquid tank air vent pipe is studied, and the classification and selection of electric heat tracing system as well as the later installation and daily maintenance are analyzed, and the plan of anti-freezing heat tracing system for air vent pipe on polar cruise ships is determined.
