摘　　要：本论文探讨了白色在英汉语言中的文化内涵以及相应的翻译策略。白色作为一种普遍存在于不同文化中的色彩,具有丰富的含义和象征意义。通过对英汉语言中白色的词汇、短语和习语的分析,本研究分析了白色在两种语言中文化含义的相似性和相异性。通过深入研究英汉文化背景和语言特点,本文提出了一些有效的翻译策略,以在跨文化交流中准确传达白色的文化内涵。This paper explores the cultural connotations of the color white in English and Chinese languages, as well as the corresponding translation strategies. White, as a color widely present in different cultures, carries rich meanings and symbolic significance. By analyzing the vocabulary, phrases, and idioms related to white in English and Chinese, this study examines the similarities and differences in cultural meanings of white in both languages. Through an in-depth study of the cultural background and linguistic characteristics of English and Chinese, this paper proposes effective translation strategies to accurately convey the cultural connotations of white in cross-cultural communication.
