摘 要:文学翻译不同于其他类别翻译的特性在于,译文要尽可能具备较高的文学性。即尽量完整地把源语言所表现的文化、意境、语气等引入到目标语言中去,在此过程中需要尽可能地保留原著的风格和审美,使译文在表达方式上与原著相得益彰。夏目漱石在日本文坛以文豪著称,素有语言大师之美誉。其成名作兼代表作《我是猫》以幽默诙谐、反讽调侃的语言风格深受人们的欢迎,成为我国译介最多、最具影响力的作品。而其中,语气词的巧妙运用更是给这种语言风格“添砖加彩”了不少。笔者以“译者是通过什么翻译策略将其幽默、讽刺、滑稽的叙事风格‘再现’到译文当中呢?”为问题意识,以于雷译本为例,通过对原文与译本的对照分析来探究语气词加译在文学翻译中的作用。Literary translation is different from other types of translation since the target text should be as literariness as possible, i.e., to introduce the culture, artistic conception and mood of the source language into the target language as completely as possible. In the process, it is necessary to retain the style and aesthetics of the original work as much as possible, so that the translated text can complement the original work in terms of expression. In the Japanese literary arena, Natsume Soseki is known as a writer and a master of language. His famous and representative work I Am a Cat is popular with people for humorous, ironic and ridiculous language style, as the most widely translated and most influential work in China. Among them, the ingenious use of modal particles has “added bricks and color” to this language style. The author takes “What Translation Strategy Does the Translator Use to” Reproduce “His Humorous, Satirical and Comical Narrative Style into the Target Text?” as the question consciousness. Taking Yu Lei’s translation as an example, the author explores the role of additive translation of modal particles in literary translation through a comparative analysis of the original text and the target text.
