践行“一转三服务”常态化,提升医院服务效能  

Practicing the Normalization of “One-Turn-Three-Service” to Improve the Efficiency of Hospital Service

摘　　要：医院职能部门是协调部门,更是服务部门,在医院管理中起着引领带头作用,其服务质量直接影响到医院管理的效率和发展。为认真贯彻落实全面从严治党战略部署,加强和改进职能部门工作作风,笔者所在医院党委从2019年开始在全院职能部门开展“转变工作作风,服务一线、服务患者、服务学生”的“一转三服务”作风建设专项系列活动,并将该项工作纳入制度化与常态化。医院各党支部积极响应,结合部门业务,充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用。经过两年的实践,开展“一转三服务”活动对推动医院提质增效、撬动医院发展起到了积极作用,具有重要意义。Hospital functional department is the coordination department, but also the service department plays a leading role in hospital management. Its service quality directly affects the efficiency and development of hospital management. In order to conscientiously implement the strategic de-ployment of comprehensive and strict governance of the party, strengthen and improve the work style of functional departments, in 2019, our hospital party committee started to carry out a special series of activities for the construction of the “One-Turn-Three-Service” style of “change work style, serve the frontline, serve patients, and serve students” in the functional departments of the whole hospital, and bring this work into the institutionalization and normality. Party branches of the hospital responded positively, combined with the business of the department, and gave full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations as the battle fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members. After two years of practice, the “one to three services” activity has played a positive role in promoting the quality and efficiency of the hospital and the development of the hospital, which is of great significance.
