摘　　要：家族化治理所产生的弊病往往阻碍着家族企业进一步地健康发展,家族企业家们也纷纷做出了“去家族化”的尝试和探索,探究如何持续、有效地帮助企业摆脱家族治理的束缚、合理应对风险并提高企业绩效,在当下具有着重要的现实意义。本文通过对相关家族企业样本案例进行剖析,分析家族企业实施“去家族化”的内外部动因,并从控制权和经营权的角度,对“去家族化”的模式进行分类探究,对国内近年来家族化企业“去家族化”的现状进行分析,总结“去家族化”进程中尚存的风险和问题。最后给出改善家族企业不良“去家族化”行为的举措和建议,争取能够为家族企业“去家族化”实践提供借鉴。The defects caused by family governance often hinder the further healthy development of family firm. Family entrepreneurs have also made attempts and explorations to reduce family governance. It is of great practical significance to explore how to continuously and effectively help firms get rid of the constraints of family governance, cope with risks reasonably and improve firm performance. Based on the analysis of relevant sample cases of family firms, this paper analyzes the internal and external motivations for the implementation of “de-family” in family enterprises, and explores the mode of “defamilization” by classification from the perspective of control and management right, analyzes the current situation of “defamilization” in domestic family firms in recent years, and summarizes the remaining risks and problems in the process of “defamilization”. Finally, the paper gives some measures and suggestions to improve the undesirable “defamilization” behavior of family firms, and tries to provide references for the practice of “defamilization” of family firms.
