摘 要:国有企业作为国民经济的重要支柱,在我国经济社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用。随着市场经济的不断发展和深化,国有企业面临着日益激烈的市场竞争和复杂多变的外部环境。组织人事工作作为国有企业管理的重要组成部分,对于企业的发展具有至关重要的影响。本文旨在通过对国有企业组织人事工作的现状进行分析,指出其中存在的问题和不足,阐述了国有企业组织人事工作创新发展的必要性,并结合新形势下高质量发展和现代化建设需求,深入探讨如何通过健全激励机制、优化人才结构、完善培训体系、实施绩效考核、推动创新发展等策略进一步优化组织人事工作,以提升国有企业的核心竞争力。As an important pillar of the national economy, state-owned enterprises play a pivotal role in the economic and social development of our country. With the continuous development and deepening of the market economy, state-owned enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition and a complex and ever-changing external environment. Organizational personnel work, as an important component of state-owned enterprise management, has a crucial impact on the development of the enterprise. This article aims to analyze the current situation of organizational personnel work in state-owned enterprises, point out the existing problems and shortcomings, and expound on the necessity of innovative development of organizational personnel work in state-owned enterprises. Combined with the needs of high-quality development and modernization construction under the new situation, it deeply explores how to further optimize organizational personnel work through strategies, such as improving incentive mechanisms, optimizing talent structure, perfecting training system, implementing performance evaluation, and promoting innovative development, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
