摘　　要：本文以激励理论为基础,通过问卷调查、实地调研访谈、统计分析等方法,以A市妇幼保健院核心员工为研究对象,坚持理论联系实际的原则,对单位核心员工的激励现状进行分析,并找出其中存在的问题同时提出相应的解决对策,希望能给医院在核心员工激励上提供帮助,同时也为其他医疗卫生单位在核心员工激励方面提供借鉴和参考。Based on incentive theory, this paper uses methods such as questionnaires, field research interviews, and statistical analysis to study the core employees of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital in City A. Adhering to the principle of combining theory with practice, this study analyzes the current status of employee incentives within the institution, identifies existing problems, and proposes corresponding solutions. It is hoped that this research will assist hospitals in incentivizing their core employees and serve as a reference for other healthcare institutions.
