摘  要:步进电机作为电脑一体袜机的主要驱动电机,其运行状况影响着整个系统的性能,而缝合作为一体袜机织袜工序的最后一道工序,袜头缝合的好坏直接影响袜子的外观和质量。论文基于袜机的缝合机构,分析了步进电机细分驱动技术的原理,在Simulink的环境下对步进电机建立数学模型,设计了细分驱动模块和功率驱动模块,以及抛物线加减速曲线控制算法。仿真结果表明该控制系统响应速度更快,控制精度更高,可以极大的提升电机的各种性能。As the main driving motor of the computer integrated sock machine, the operation status of the stepper motor affects the performance of the entire system. Sewing and cooperation is the final process of the integrated sock machine weaving sock process, and the quality of sock head stitching directly affects the appearance and quality of the sock. The paper is based on the sewing mecha-nism of hosiery machines and analyzes the principle of stepper motor subdivision drive technology. A mathematical model of the stepper motor is established in the environment of Simulink, and a subdivision drive module, power drive module, and parabolic acceleration and deceleration curve control algorithm are designed. The simulation results show that the control system has a faster response speed and higher control accuracy, which can greatly improve the various performance of the motor.
