摘 要:“魅力型领导”作为组织领导风格理论之一,已经成为人力资源管理领域中值得关注与研究的方向。本研究主要采用文献研究的方法,通过检索、整理与分析国内外有关“魅力型领导”的研究文献,梳理了“魅力型领导”概念产生的历史缘由、魅力型领导的多种内涵定义和特征、维度划分和量表的开发;以现有的实证研究为基础,分析了“魅力型领导”的影响因素;分别从个体层面、团队层面和组织层面总结了“魅力型领导”的效能结果及作用机制。“Charismatic leadership”, as one of the organizational leadership style theories, has become the field of human resource management in the field of concern and research direction. This study mainly adopts the method of literature research, by retrieving, sorting and analyzing the domestic and foreign research literature on “charismatic leadership”, combing the history of the concept of “charismatic leadership”, various definitions and characteristics of charismatic leadership, dimension division and scale development. Based on the existing empirical research, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of “charismatic leadership”. From the individual level, team level and organizational level, the effectiveness results and mechanism of “charismatic leadership” were summarized.
