摘　　要：本研究旨在深入剖析高职院校护理专业双师队伍对人才培养的显著效果。通过全面梳理相关政策文件,结合实际案例进行深入分析,系统阐述双师队伍建设的必要性。同时,详细剖析国内外实施现状,对比国内外的差异,从中汲取有益启示。此外,本研究还重点探讨了双师队伍建设所面临的挑战,并提出了针对性的应对策略。最后,对研究进行了全面总结与展望,以期为高职院校护理专业双师队伍建设提供坚实的参考依据,切实提高人才培养质量。This study aims to deeply analyze the significant effects of the double-qualified teacher team on nursing talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. By comprehensively sorting out relevant policy documents and conducting in-depth analysis based on actual cases, the study systematically elaborates the necessity of teacher team construction. At the same time, the study analyzes the implementation status of domestic and foreign countries in detail, compares the differences between them, and draws beneficial enlightenment from them. Furthermore, the study focuses on the challenges faced by the double-qualified teacher team construction and puts forward targeted countermeasures. Finally, the study conducts a comprehensive summary and prospect, with the aim of providing solid reference basis for the construction of double-qualified teacher team in higher vocational colleges’ nursing majors and enhancing the quality of nursing talent cultivation in a tangible way.
