摘  要:《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的颁布确立了家庭教育中政府、社会组织、家长的相关责任义务。而家庭教育的法治化面临着诸多现实问题,如各方权责不明晰、缺少家庭教育指导、父母教育主体意识不足等。通过完善家庭教育立法,针对所面临的挑战,明确家庭教育公私权责范围、分层细化家庭教育治理、完善家庭教育指导体系与研究,形成国家、社会、家庭三方合力,支持家庭教育立法,推进中国教育现代化发展。The promulgation of the Law of China on the Promotion of Family Education has established the relevant responsibilities and obligations of the government, social organizations and parents in family education. The legalization of family education faces many practical problems, such as unclear rights and responsibilities of all parties, lack of guidance on family education, and insufficient awareness of parents’ education subject. By improving family education legislation, addressing the challenges faced, clarifying the scope of public and private rights in family education, refining family education governance, and improving the guidance system and research on family education, we aim to form a joint effort among the state, society, and family to support family education legislation and promote the modernization of education in China.
