论法律素养的培育路径

摘　　要：文章从法律意识、法律知识、法律实践三个方面入手,对当代公民的法律素养的现状和法律素养缺失的原因进行分析,进而提出在社会主义法治建设过程中,必须从培养法律意识、消除法律工具主义、提高立法质量等多方面加大力度,从而提升人们自身的法律素养。The article starts from three aspects: legal awareness, legal knowledge, and legal practice, analyzes the current situation of legal literacy of contemporary citizens and the reasons for the lack of legal literacy, and proposes that in the process of socialist rule of law construction, efforts must be made to cultivate legal awareness, eliminate legal instrumentalism, and improve legislative quality, in order to enhance people’s own legal literacy.
