摘 要:目的:了解中国公立医院绩效考核领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI) 2010年1月1日至2020年10月31日公立医院绩效考核的相关文献,经Refworks格式转化后,运用CiteSpace软件绘制相关可视化知识图谱,进行作者和机构合作网络以及关键词共现、聚类的分析。结果:我国公立医院绩效考核领域的年度发文数量在2010年之后呈明显上升趋势。当前公立医院绩效考核领域主要有绩效管理制度建设、绩效考核指标体系构建、绩效工资结合、绩效考核结果评价四大热点。结论:该方向的深入研究需要领域内具有影响力的作者之间加强跨区域交流与合作,医院重视程度、信息化建设、监督机制和公益性等方面还存在不足,后期研究中需重点加强。Objective: To understand the research status, research hotspots and development trends of performance appraisal in public hospital in China. Methods: Articles about performance appraisal of public hospital published from January 1, 2010 to October 31, 2020 were searched on CNKI database. After being transformed into Refworks format, the relevant visual knowledge maps were drawn by CiteSpace software, and the cooperative network between authors and institutions, keyword co-occurrence and clustering was analyzed. Results: The annual number of papers issued in the performance appraisal field of public hospitals in China has shown a significant upward trend after 2010. At present, there are four major hotspots in the field of public hospital performance appraisal, namely, the construction of performance management system, the construction of performance appraisal index system, the performance wage combination and performance appraisal results evaluation. Conclusion: The in-depth study of this direction needs to strengthen cross-regional exchanges and cooperation among influential authors in the field. There are still deficiencies in the degree of hospital attention, information construction, supervision mechanism and public welfare, and the latter research needs to be strengthened.
