摘 要:社会经济的发展为企业经营带来了非常多的发展机遇,企业为了在市场环境下占据先机,就必须提高市场核心竞争力。人才作为支撑企业发展的根本,人才的知识、能力是支撑企业实现长期经营发展的关键。相较于技能型员工,知识型员工能够发挥出的价值往往很难直观呈现出来。本文对知识型员工进行分析,并对隐性价值评估中的知识型员工激励模型提出个人看法,希望为关注知识型员工个人价值的人群带来参考。The development of social economy for enterprise management has brought a lot of development opportunities, enterprises in order to occupy the opportunity in the market environment, we must improve the core competitiveness of the market. As the foundation to support the development of enterprises, talents’ knowledge and ability are the key to support the long-term operation and development of enterprises. Compared with skilled workers, the value that knowledge workers can bring into play is often difficult to show directly. This paper analyzes knowledge workers, and puts forward personal views on the incentive model of knowledge workers in the tacit value evaluation, hoping to bring reference for people who pay attention to the personal value of knowledge workers.
