摘 要:当前,人才资源作为经济社会发展的首要资本,社会各界纷纷将关注的焦点聚集在如何有效进行人才培养和打造高素质人才上。在企业层面,引入高素质人才并构筑卓越的人才队伍已经成为提升核心竞争力的关键战略。特别是在组织间激烈竞争的背景下,创新能力作为企业在迅速更新换代的市场中生存与发展的关键之一,对其前途命运具有重大决定性作用。随着高等教育规模扩大和近年来考研热潮的高涨,高学历劳动力的供给急剧增加。这导致许多企业逐渐提高人员招聘的门槛,使得越来越多的高学历劳动力被迫从事低学历资质的工作。这种现象统称为资质过剩,这一现象不仅对个人职业发展产生负面影响,还对组织和社会造成了损失。At present, human resources, as the primary capital for economic and social development, have drawn the focus of all sectors of society on how to effectively cultivate talents and build a high-quality talent pool. At the enterprise level, introducing high-quality talents and building an outstanding talent team have become key strategies for enhancing core competitiveness. Especially in the context of fierce competition among organizations, innovation ability, as one of the keys for enterprises to survive and develop in the rapidly changing market, plays a significant and decisive role in their future. With the expansion of higher education and the recent upsurge in the postgraduate entrance examination, the supply of highly qualified labor has increased sharply. This has led many enterprises to gradually raise the threshold for recruitment, forcing an increasing number of highly qualified laborers to take jobs that do not require such high qualifications. This phenomenon is collectively referred to as overqualification, which not only has a negative impact on individual career development but also causes losses to organizations and society.
