摘　　要：随着中职学生的心理问题越来越凸显,心理健康教育的重要性也越来越受到家长和教育者重视。教师如何上好心理健康教育课,如何有效地把心理调适技巧传授给学生,这是心理健康教育教师们一直在探索的问题。在信息技术高速发展的今天,我们要如何把网络技术融入到心理健康学科教学中,使信息技术手段更好地服务于教学?本文正是在这个思考的基础上从网络视频资源的角度来谈谈在中职学校如何有效地上好心理健康教育课。As the psychological problems of secondary vocational students become more and more prominent,the importance of psychological health education is increasingly valued by parents and educators.How to promote secondary vocational students’psychological health?How to educate effectively psychological adjustment skills to secondary vocational students is an issue that teachers of psychological health have been exploring.Today,with the rapid development of information technology,how do we integrate the internet technology into the teaching of psychological health,so that information technology can better serve teaching?Based on these thoughts,this article focuses on how to improve effectively the psychological health education in secondary vocational schools.
