上好专业导论课,当好职业引路人——以《工业分析技术专业导论》为例

摘  要:目前高职类学生对化工类专业学习兴趣低,相关企业岗位人才严重紧缺。本文针对企业人才需求研究开设《工业分析技术专业导论课》教学内容,引入社会热点问题开发教学案例,课堂教学过程融入思政元素;学生从误解专业到认知专业,从认知专业到认同专业,最终崇尚专业,从而激发学生专业学习的热情,成为企业需求的技术技能人才。教师在教学中不仅当好职业引路人,也当好思想引路人。At present, the students of higher vocational college have low interest in studying chemical engineering specialty, and there is a serious shortage of talents for related positions in enterprises. According to the demand of enterprise talents, this paper studies the teaching content of introduction course of industrial analysis technology, introduces teaching cases of social hot issues, and integrates ideological and political elements in classroom teaching process. Students from misunderstanding professional to cognitive professional, from cognitive professional to identity professional, and ultimately advocate the professional, so as to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for professional learning, become the needs of the enterprise technical talents. In the process of teaching, teachers should not only be good professional guides, but also be good thought guides.
