摘 要:党的十九大提出了“健康中国”的策略,对医学生医德培养提出了新的内涵和要求。加强医学生医德培养,既有助于促进学生的全面发展,又可从根本上缓解当前医患关系矛盾,有助于推动医疗行业的整体进步。本文针对目前大多数高等医学院校医德培养的现状和困境,提出构建校园文化场域推动医学生医德培养,通过建设校园物质文化弘扬医德,依托校园精神文化拓展医德培养,结合校园行为文化推动医德培养,全面营造积极向上的医德文化氛围,塑造“大医精诚”的核心理念和“生命至上”的价值观,强化学生对医德的感知,形成稳定的医德情感和意志,从而提升内化力和践行力。The 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategy of “healthy China”, which puts forward new connotations and requirements for the cultivation of medical ethics of medical students. Strengthening the cultivation of medical ethics of medical students is not only helpful to promote the all-round development of students, but also can fundamentally alleviate the current doctor-patient relationship contradictions, and help to promote the overall progress of the medical industry. This article aims at the current situation and predicament of medical ethics training in most medical colleges, puts forward the building of campus culture field to promote the medical students’ medical ethics training, through building campus material culture, carrying forward the medical ethics, relying on campus spiritual culture to expand medical ethics training, combining campus behavior culture to promote medical ethics training, comprehensively building positive medical ethics culture atmosphere, shaping the core concept of “great sincerity” and the values of “life first”, strengthening students’ perception of medical ethics, and forming a stable medical ethics emotion and will, so as to improve internalization and practice force.
