摘  要:为了更好地发挥《小学生心理教育与辅导》课程在小教全科学生心理辅导能力培养中的主导作用,课程团队结合农村小学实际需求,以“实践取向、服务山区”为导向,在课程定位、教学内容模块、授课方式、评价方式、实践实训等方面进行了一系列的实践探索,取得了良好的阶段性成果。教学效果评价显示,本课程能有效提升全科生的心理辅导能力。这为以后构建成熟的“小教全科生心理辅导能力培养模式”提供了有价值的参考。In order to give full play to the leading role that Psychological Education and Guidance for Pupils plays in developing the ability of teachers of general elementary education to provide psychological counseling to pupils, the course team, based on the actual demands of elementary schools in rural areas, with the purpose of “serving mountainous area through practice”, has made a series of exploration through practice from such perspectives as course positioning, teaching content module, teaching method, evaluation method, practice, training, etc., and has made achievements of milestones. The results of the teaching effect evaluation show that the course can effectively improve the ability of teachers of general elementary education to provide psychological counseling for students, offering valuable reference for the construction of a mature “mode for training teachers of general elementary education for psychological counseling of pupils”.
