社会物质理论视域下民族地区初中政治教师专业发展路径研究

摘　　要：教师的专业发展被认为是提高教师知识、技能和发展的重要机制。为此,很多学者都做了积极的探索和研究。本文借助社会物质这种新型的理论来阐释初中教师专业发展过程中存在的问题,以及导致这些问题的原因。最后基于社会物质理论提出了相应的解决策略。Teacher professional development is considered to be an important mechanism for improving teacher knowledge, skills, and development. Therefore, many scholars have made active exploration and research. This article uses the new theory of social material to explain the problems existing in the professional development of junior high school teachers and the reasons for these problems. Finally, based on the social material theory, corresponding solutions are proposed.
